See the headline sights of the capital in a single unhurried day. Start at ancient Carthage — the seafront Antonine Baths, the largest Roman thermal complex in Africa, and Byrsa Hill, the original Punic citadel with sweeping views over the Gulf. Climb to Sidi Bou Saïd for free time in its cobalt-and-white lanes above the sea, then walk the covered souks of the UNESCO medina of Tunis to the historic Ez-Zitouna mosque. Add the Bardo Museum's world-class Roman mosaics if you'd like. Private guide, air-conditioned vehicle, hotel-to-hotel.

Good to know

How much walking is involved?

A fair amount — Carthage is a spread-out open-air site with uneven ground, Sidi Bou Saïd is hilly and cobbled, and the medina is a walking tour. Comfortable shoes and sun protection are recommended; the pace is moderate with vehicle transfers between areas.

Is the Bardo Museum included?

It's an optional add-on rather than included by default, so you can tailor the day. If you add it, don't book a Monday — the Bardo is closed then.

Is this private or a group tour?

It runs as a private or small-group tour with hotel pickup, so the pace and itinerary flex to your party, and per-person pricing improves as your group grows.
