How do I find or change my booking?

Use “Find my booking” with your last name and reference (e.g. TO-20621), or sign in to your account. To change a date or party size, message us on WhatsApp or open a support request and we'll update it for you.

How do I cancel, and will I be refunded?

Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before pickup. Cancel from your account, or open a support request with your reference and we'll process it. Within 48 hours, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

When and how do I pay?

Most excursions can be reserved now and paid in cash on arrival, or split between a deposit and the balance. Card payment is available where enabled. You'll always see the total and the method before you confirm.

I was charged the wrong amount — what do I do?

Open a support request under the “Payment” category with your booking reference and a short description. Our team reviews payment issues quickly and will correct anything that's wrong.

Where and when is the pickup?

Your driver and pickup details are shared after your booking is confirmed. If your plans change on the day, message us on WhatsApp — it's the fastest way to reach your driver.

My driver hasn't arrived — who do I contact?

Message us on WhatsApp straight away with your reference; that reaches the team and your driver fastest. You can also open an urgent support request and we'll call you back.

Can you arrange a custom itinerary or airport transfer?

Yes. Use “Plan your trip” to build a custom itinerary, or browse airport transfers. For anything bespoke, open a support request describing what you need and we'll send a quote.

How fast will you reply to a support request?

We aim to respond within a few hours during the day. Urgent, day-of-travel issues are prioritised — mark them urgent or message us on WhatsApp for the quickest response.
